The finalist papers of the Competition's first round (university level; non-Ukrainian; no more than three papers per higher education institution) must be sent to aic@kpi.ua or via form by 23:59 on October 15, 2025.

First stage
During the first stage of the second round, the Competition Committee reviews the submitted scientific papers and conducts their review. Each paper is reviewed by at least three reviewers.
08.11.2025
Invitation to the Final Scientific-Practical Conference
Following the review process, by November 8, 2025, lists of participants invited to attend the conference and their scientific papers will be compiled and published on the Competition's website.
18-19.11.2025
Second stage
The final scientific-practical conference includes the presentation of research findings and defence of the work. Based on the defences, the Competition Committee summarizes the results of the second round of the Competition and makes decisions regarding determining winners and awarding them with diplomas.
